No longer receiving ticket confirmation emails
Is this happening to anyone else? I've purchased two tickets in the past week on AA, did not receive a confirmation email. This has never happened before. I checked on AA.com a few hours after clicking purchase and the status does say "ticketed", but I never got a confirmation. Checked my spam folder too - nothing. Reason I ask is I can't figure out how to access the fare rules from the "my trips" section. I may be just overlooking it. May have to change one of the tickets and wanted to confirm that it was a flexible fare, but I want to be able to do that without being on hold for an hour!

I first had this happen to me about 3 months ago, then around 2 days ago I thought it was happening again but I eventually got the email a few hours later. I've also noticed the AA website to be quite buggy and slow lately.

Sometimes international flights and those with codeshares or OW partner flights take longer to ticket. But domestic AA flights have ticketed quickly for me. But sometimes AA gets backed up and they ticket in batches.

Have you tried using the refunds site to print your receipt, check refundability / fare rules?

Booked two flights yesterday, have yet to receive email confirmation. They are, of course, showing up in My Trips on aa.com.

Same problem here. Booked a flight last week and got no email confirmation. Then I booked another today with no email confirmation, even though the reservation is listed as 'Ticketed.'
I emailed myself a quasi-confirmation from the Trip Details page until AA can fix this bug.
