Island Tobacco was established in 1990 in a corner unit at the Outer Banks Mall in Nags Head, NC. It quickly outgrew that location and expanded to a larger unit in the mall focusing on providing high quality glass products and premium cigars previously not available to the area. Only a few years went by before it outgrew that spot and had to move across the street to the Croatan Center where it has been for the past 20 years. We have expanded once again and now have 5,000 square feet of space at 4711 S. Croatan Hwy, Nags Head, NC 27959. Island Tobacco has been the locals’ favorite for three decades and with over 200 shelves for cigars we are the largest tobacco shop in eastern NC. We have everything required for your tobacco or hemp smoking needs. Whether you’ve been shopping with us for years or it’s your first time in the shop you’ll be blown away by the newest expansion and all the latest in counterculture.
